@Flatus Tube can u see this video? Your opinion on this insidious onset seizure would be golden

It is but the seizure starting so slowly is what makes it unique. He actually fought back a little after the head strike

I can see this video. Cheers.

I expect he is actually epileptic, and the stress of the fight brought on the textbook tonic-clonic (aka Grand Mal) seizure.

In this one we see the preceding aura, where he continues trying to defend himself but we can see he is not fully alert and he appears to know something is wrong. He even manages to get himself on the bench, suggesting he has experienced this many times before.

Then we see the progression into loss of consciousness, tonic phase (fixed muscle spasm) and then clonic phase (muscle jerking). If the video were longer we would almost definitely see his trousers soaked in urine and him spitting blood from chewing the back of his tongue up.

He would have had a post ictal phase of confusion for 10-30 minutes after the seizure. Patients can get quite violent during this confused phase. I’ve had a patient try to strangle me while mumbling and groaning just after a seizure, and then burst into tears. He apologised profusely when he was told what he did. It didn’t bother me as the post ictal phase can be very traumatic for them and they are still not fully conscious.

Yo @Damo0666 why can't I find any of my old threads and pics I sent to you? I think I posted them on your profile page like before Christmas last year. I spent like 2 hours searching both of our old conversations and threads. 😂 the shit is gone haha wtf?
