Serious How has your mental health been?

I do not know if this is already a thread, but I could not find it, if there was.

I am just genuinely curious on how all of the people in this community deal with their mental health. I have always been interested on how people deal with their problems.

For me, anyways, not getting too specific, but honestly, Goregrish has almost been a way where I can have my mind distracted. That has been a good way of me keeping my mind in check. The community is always entertaining and the videos do have the shock value to just keep your eyes non stop focused on the screen.

Of course I have other ways to deal with mine, but I am more waiting on see if this gets approved since this is my first thread on here. If you cannot tell, I am very much of an idiot that is 90% of the time not even sober enough to walk.

Maybe we can have some serious discussions below. I would love to see if anyone can relate to me, let alone if this turns into a little miniature therapy session, haha.

I cry into a pillow.

Honestly tho. an SNRI (Duloxetine if you must know) and Seroquel (mostly for sleep but seems to have made me less likely to bludgeon a coworker with my stapler) seems to have my brain working well. Also very mindful of my mood and staying focused on gratitude and living well.

I am from Canada where euthanasia is legal so no worries.
I'm expecting an excellent yelp review from you.

When I’m feeling down i like to sneak into online-friends’ houses and masturbate on their bed while they’re at work.

I take Duloxetine too, works fairly well for me

Good call. By the way, what are your work hours, and can i get your address?
It varies by the day, call ahead - 12200 85 St NW, Calgary

I had been on Wellbutrin for the longest time and it was working well for me but when I was in the hospital and had the feeding tube the switched me to Duloxetine. Guess they couldn't crush the Wellbutrin to admin it through the tube. Whatever the case I wasn't in a rush to change back so left it as is.

Wellbutrin made my hands shake like I had Parkinson's disease. Worst med ever.

Here in South Africa mental health doesn't exist yet.

Aside from Oxycodone & Meperidine which causes anaphylaxis & hallucinations (and not good ones), Prevacid which gives me awful gut cramps & I feel like I have bees in my head not much seems to be a problem.

lol, I'm sure there's been a bit of syphilis there over the years

I take Diacertylmorphine and retarded Morphine (for the night), works well for me too. Ok, 'well' is a subjective opinion, of course.
It keeps me away from taking much worse shit. Like alcohol and coke base. Don't know how this madness is called.
They should put Diamorpine at last in the 'controlled substance' section of the drug laws here, so you can get a proper prescription, like for morphine. Now it's illegal (like everywhere).
There's only one exception, some bigger cities have a program for 'hardcore' street junkies; they have to show up ~4 times a day to get a good fix of Swiss Heroin. And get some pills for the night.
Not my case at all… I have to do and can't loiter around in the park near the shooting gallery all day long. If you have a job, or so, they expect you to give H up totally and go into a methadone treatment (urrghh). There you'll get a 'take home' regulation up to 14 days in advance (holiday 30).

Where is this? I can’t find any real heroin anymore in the US… I’d love to take a heroin holiday.
