Star Wars: Episode I. It's a PS1 title, but will play on a PS2. The game lets you choose to kill all NPCs in it, including kids. You can give Obi-Wan a dark side story arc, like a what-if.

Radiata Stories is a Square Enix game where you can unlock just about any npc and put them in your party. It's amazing and have been looking all over for a copy. One of my all time faves.
