I mean... obviously I can't speak from experience but it seems helium inhalation and suffocation is the quickest, easiest, most painless way. The lack of oxygen would have you passed out almost immediately and if you secure a bag properly and tight enough, you shouldn't wake up. Thanks for the stalk!

Sorry to bother you but how does one go about this unique method?
I read a lot of articles and most of them pointed me to a book called Final Exit by Daniel Humprehys.
He mentions the use of a plastic bag called exit bag or suicide bag and introduction of helium gases.
Unfortunately the government has decided to poke it's bulgy Jew nose in people's private lives and such bags aren't available online, so my question to you good sir is how does one go about finding such bags online? Also will the helium cannisters used to blow up balloons be any good considering they now sell it with 80% helium and 20% air.
If you can spare a minute, can you walk me through it step by step please?
