im working overnight. so i guess my amygdala is at a minimal as well then. but im not anxious more than "normal". i feel that hasnt gotten out of control or increased any. plus,im always on and in alert mode as it is. but ill keep this in mind ( ),as im still on nights, i think for the rest of the summer.
as it is though,ive always liked the dark. even as a kis. i'll watch tv in the dark. ill even just sit in the dark and chill.

I like the dark too and always have, I usually get energized when the sun goes down.

yes i do that also at times. some times my wife will aske me what i was building in my dream. because i was " hammering away" or moving my arms like if i was pushing or pulling something. also where i was running to because my legs would move like if i was running. or who i was wrestling/fighting.

Yea it can cause a person to have what's called "Daytime Narcolepsy." Its having sudden uncontrollable drowsiness where you have to fight to stay awake for 3-5 min or you fall asleep for 1-2 min and then are fully alert again. They believe it's your brain getting confused and going into REM sleep since most people will dream in this short amount of time which is unusual.
