I don’t look at the news, unless I’ve been told something that sounds important. But I do so, very rarely, with a skeptical view knowing they are all biased.

In general, I have turned off all notifications on my phone and deleted news apps. To maintain good mental health it’s best not have biased negative shit thrust into your mind. Unbiased negative shit like GG is totally different 😂.

"News"... events propagated by media stations in self serving interests. Not for some sense of nobility or justice. They serve themselves and what they convey, the more shocking... the better; the more viewers / listeners. Stories are getting redundant and people stand by their favorite news station to the point of tearing apart families. It's disgusting really. Come election time, these conglomerates have substantial pull. Hell, come anytime the major media stations controlled by the likes of Soros have an army of zombies waiting to be told what to do. If you get news from fox and or CNN, you might as well get it from the Onion.
