In Kazan, a former prisoner killed a man after being told not to relieve himself near the entrance to his building: the tragic footage was captured on camera.

The aggressor complained that he could not stand the urge to relieve himself because his kidneys were damaged. The verbal conflict escalated into a fight. The prisoner pushed Evgeny and he hit his head on a metal fence - the victim passed out and died.

The ambulance doctors only confirmed his death.
