A terrible accident occurred this evening in the city of Tuymazy on Komarova Street.

According to preliminary reports, a 20-year-old local man driving a Lada Priora struck a woman and child at an uncontrolled crosswalk and then crashed into a local store. The impact was so severe that the woman died before emergency services arrived, and a 5-year-old girl was taken to a local hospital in serious condition.

A medical examination of the driver revealed that he was sober.
