Henry Nowak was an 18-year-old British-Polish student in his first year studying accountancy at the University of Southampton. He grew up in Chafford Hundred, Essex.

On the evening of 3 December 2025, some time before 11:30 pm, Nowak was walking in the area of Belmont Road in the Portswood suburb of Southampton. Nowak had been drinking at the Hobbit Pub, but was under the drink-drive limit.

Nowak then began to film Digwa. Video recovered from Nowak's phone captured Nowak saying "Hello car" and singing to himself before yawning, while Digwa was walking away from him. Nowak then continued to say: "Innit bad man, what bad man. You're a bad man, say you're a bad man, go on." Digwa, still walking away in Nowak's Snapchat video, replied: "I am a bad man", and Nowak said "Are you a b....", before the footage ends. Digwa inflicted five "stab wounds or cuts" onto Nowak, including a fatal wound to the chest and additional wounds to his legs using the 21-cm (8 inch) blade he was carrying. The weapon was wrongly reported to be a kirpan, a smaller ceremonial knife that Digwa was later found to still be wearing around his neck. Neighbours called the police after hearing Nowak calling out that he had been stabbed and was dying; there were no eyewitnesses. Nowak tried to get away by climbing onto a bin and then over a fence. He had already suffered fatal injuries; a blood trail on the street indicated he had already been stabbed. Digwa had called his parents, who arrived at the scene before police. Digwa's mother, Kiran Kaur, took the knife and hid it at their home. Digwa made videos of Nowak fleeing, and another as he lay dying, which were cited as aggravating factors by the judge at sentencing.

When Hampshire Police officers arrived at the scene, they spoke to Digwa, with Nowak lying on the ground having been stabbed. The bodycam footage shows Nowak repeatedly stating that he had been stabbed and that he couldn't breathe. At one point, Nowak stated "I've been stabbed", to which the male officer wearing the camera replied, "Don't think you have, mate." Nowak became unresponsive before any call for emergency medical services was made.

Digwa stated that Nowak had pursued him while filming a Snapchat video, and started a drunken fight while punching and racially abusing him. The police noticed Digwa's turban had been knocked off, and subsequently handcuffed Nowak. Nowak told police that he had been stabbed, but was told he had not been by the police, as it was not immediately obvious. Nowak's last words were "Please, brother, I can't breathe." When Nowak collapsed they administered first aid, but Nowak died on the scene at 12:37 am.

Police allowed for Digwa to meet his brother. In a covertly recorded conversation in Punjabi, the brother advised him to claim self-defence. Digwa said that he would not be able to claim self-defence if there were security cameras on the street of the crime.

Are these two utter bastards really the ones? The fucking bitch says "We will need the van" instead of "we will need an ambulance. I would think because he's been stabbed in the chest and couldn't breath cuffing him behind his back would have seen the lad off. They put out a story yesterday that said "He would have died anyway and couldn't be saved" That's for damage limitation.

>Polish
>White

Lol. They have always been wifebeating subhumans in Britain, they just got overshadowed these last 2 decades from the rampant boatman imports. No one actually cares about the Polish.

That's all? Does anyone have any of the footage escalating to the stabbing. I'm curious to see it.
