Take your shirt off dip it in water layer it over your head and that will give about 30 seconds. And your arms will get 2nd degree burns but you will have enough time to grab their legs and drag them 5-10 feet so you will need a second person to then drag them the rest of the way because you will need to be cooled down immediately.
