accident Accident at the gym

That was only 105 pounds, dude had no business being in a gym
The "10" refers to 10 KG--not 10 lbs. So three on each side + the bar weighs 20KG. So that's about 176 lbs, which is not an enormous amount of weight, but if it falls on your ribs and cracks one, and it pierces your heart, things are not looking good for you. Not only that, but this happened on the second of the month, and he probably paid through the end of the month--so a windfall for the gym.

What do you think this mans cause of death was? Did he break a rib and push it through his liver or crack his sternum and somehow puncture his cardiac muscle?

It initially lands mid chest. So either a fractured rib puncturing the heart or a major vessel like the aorta, or it could be simply compressing the heart triggered it into a cardiac arrest rhythm.

Or he’s just a big wet lettuce 😂.

He must have been retarded or suicidal. Look how he's gripping the bar. He's not using his thumbs.

That technique is aptly called “the suicide grip”, for good reason 😂.

It should be called the "stupidicide grip".
