Saw this on Temu this past week and I'd have loved it as a kid.
Especially if those rockets actually fire.
Any idea why the black guy is mouthing off at him?
The black guy is his guard to make sure he gets on the plane, I can't remember exactly but Arnie is probably giving him shit in the airport.
That's basically 90% of the movie in a nutshell, Arnie talks shit to someone, kills them, says a suitable one liner and moves onto the next one.

Love this movie all the way though. Used to watch it every day as a little fella. I like Terminator and stuff but this one is close to the heart for Arnie movies. The guy he "let go" in the interrogation scene is the villain from the Warriors too. All these scenes are really fun and memorable.
The joke is that Schwarzenegger could have done this quite easily at the time because he bench press 200kg, so he was extremely strong

You should watch the movie to understand the point
In short, the movie is about Schwarzenegger being a retired military commando but his little girl is kidnapped by some mafia-like militia and taken to some island and held there and he tries to save his daughter but Schwarzenegger is also being chased
I saw the movie at the time, Schwarzenegger has better movies than this in my opinion
