He is facing this, quoting from the article @Jessica Fletcher. ๐ posted: "In all, he is facing charges for felony hate crime, felony eluding and theft, as well as an outstanding felony warrant for first-degree robbery in King County."
Thanks. I think that's why he threw it out too and he probably used it for whatever first degree robbery he did. If it's no longer in his possession they couldn't charge him with being in possession of burglary tools in addition to what they did charge him for but... it didn't sound like they knew anything about him until they ran him for this incident in the video.
