Happened in Atlanta a few years back. The hospital retired hiding the situation by wrapping head and body tightly in a swaddling. Was only discovered when funeral home spoke up. Then to top it off, autopsy doctor took photos and posted them on instagram. Lawsuit vs doctor and hospital still pending. Lawsuit vs autopsy Dr settled in June 2025…both Drs still practicing. Dr Jackson Gates was autopsy Dr. Dr Tracey St Julien was the OB Dr.
You’re supposed to put a foot on an ass-cheek while you yank. I learned that in doctor school.
