I always hated working on scaffolding, And roofing too. Anything that's too high. One of my coworkers and buddy fell 5 stories on a job site. He broke his neck and was out of work for 2 years. Luckily he recovered somehow, and works like it never happened. He's a good dude.

Casters can be used, but a ton of additional steps were omitted. pinning the casters into the scaffold legs, cross bracing to keep it rigid, even the top scaffold frame should have been used on the bottom to keep the legs from racking.
