Yeah. They train and certify all LAPD officers to the paramedic level and they carry airway kits, laryngoscopes and full sets of tubes on their duty belts. I forgot suction, bag to ventilate, stethoscope to auscultate breath sounds and all that little stuff they can put in their front pocket.
