"Prisoners killed at least three employees [stabbed to death] of IK-19 in the Surovikinsky District of the Volgograd Region. It happened at the disciplinary commission. One of the attackers was convicted under the article "Terrorist act".
The prisoners who killed the staff of IK-19 are involved in ISIS, which is banned in the Russian Federation.
