pretty gross seeing that old rag being swished around in the soup like that. A few years ago a restaurant near me got investigated with hidden cameras after it was suspected of doing filthy things. They would collect the uneaten food from plates and dump it into containers then wash it off with a hose then put all the washed bits of meat etc back into the pots. Fucking disgusting.

It was a Chinese place. I've heard some vile stories about Indian restaurants too though. It's a shame cos i love Chinese food - just gotta make sure to sus out the places as best you can before going there.
