I seen this happen to somebody once. I ran over asked if they needed me to call assistance. No response. I checked their pulse couldn't find one . Told someone to call 911 and did chest compressions. And I'm an uneducated ass hole. These ppl are just straight heartless.

It cracks me up no one on here understands Chinese laws and think they are just being heartless. So again in China if you help someone you can become responsible for their medical bills and/or their funeral. It's not like the US where people just don't pay their medical bills and it's just added to the debt of the government. In China someone is paying for the hospital bills and the funeral, and not the government.
