Alot of Doctors in shit hole India are under qualified and majority of cases they have cheated their way in buy producing fake documents but never done a day's study at medical school. I been told these doctors are ex-morticians.

Doctor didn't appear to be vazed by any of this. If you fall ill in a 3rd World Country such as India, one of two things could happen. You can survive if you have enough money to pay for the treatment but there is no guarantee that you will or secondly you accept fate and face up to death simply because you are unable to afford the life saving treatment.
