31-year-old Suliga Bogdan drove a Nissan into an intersection at a red light, collided with another car, and then hit people crossing the road at the traffic light.

As a result of the accident, 18-year-old Polina died. Two guys were injured and were hospitalized.

Suliga didn’t even think about helping the victims; he got out of the car and ran away.

All three studied at the college of the Perm Institute of Railway Transport.
