I knew of a female who did that and had a big piece of glass stuck in her wrist and forearm. Paramedics arrived on scene. She was not squirting yet and was very conscious. She opted to sign a waiver refusing medical help, the paramedics left, and then she thought it a good idea to remove the glass herself. Yep, she did not make it. Good riddance, I say!
