In the next few sets are the bodies of people and children that had managed to escape their worn-torn countries.

After surviving the perilous voyage from their former homeland and landing in Turkey, they risked another voyage: the 5 mile boat ride to Lesbos, Greece.

The distance from the Turkish coastline to the Greek island of Lesbos, located in the Aegean Sea, is deceptively short. Many don't make it as boats ground, wreck and capsize on rocks just short of the shore.

Yesterday, another boat of migrants trying to cross the Aegean Sea to the island of Lesbos, Greece hit rocks and partially sank, killing almost 30 people.

Can't blame them,I'd have done the same if this were my only chance. They have got life jackets on so l'm guessing that they drowned because they were trapped inside the boat.l wonder if their parents are alive. Sucks.

It seems that a supplier in Turkey is being charged with selling/providing faulty life jackets.

a person fleeing war is commonly referred to as a 'refugee'.

There's no use blaming the government, I doubt it that they would have done anything to prevent it. Blame religion for yet again causing the death of 1000's a day in wars that has no end in sight.
