A St. Petersburg resident on an electric scooter, without following the rules, ran a red light and was hit by a KAMAZ. The victim miraculously survived

The young man, who was wearing headphones, stopped at the intersection, but did not notice that the cars on the right had a green light. The violator entered the roadway and was instantly demolished by a truck. The 32-year-old guy was admitted to the hospital.
