Driving like that with a passenger takes a lot of skill. Performance and handling of any bike is greatly diminished with a passenger. If he was by himself on that bike, he never would’ve got caught.

Is there a specific thing a policeman would do if he catched up to them on a road (riding side by side with them) or does he just wait for them to stop/crash/whatever?
