What a retard. Dumbass got shot for not explaining he has a prescription by a doctor. Apparently, the his family is seeking justice but good luck on trying to take down cops on a power trip.

Pueblo County Sheriff's Deputies Charles McWhorter and Cassandra Gonzales were dispatched to a middle School, on reports of a suspicious male party trying to open car doors. They were informed the male party may be "on something", suggesting possible intoxication. 32-year-old Richard Ward was with his mother, Kristy Ward Stamp, and her boyfriend to pick up his younger brother. Officers asks for Ward's ID and as he reaches for his identification, Ward slips something in his mouth. His family attorneys said Ward had been diagnosed with an anxiety disorder and was prescribed medicine for it. Officer McWhorter then shot Ward 3-times in the chest. Ward was unarmed. The deputies closed the car door and stood with Ward’s body for nearly three minutes until medical assistance arrived. He died on scene. The sheriff's deputies involved in the case were cleared of any criminal charges by the district attorney, following an investigation that found the shooting justified.

That officer was amped. It's a little amazing to me that shooting this twitchy little guy when he was outside of the car, while he was on the ground, was justified.

The little nervous twirp didn't have that much fight in him.

My question is, why didn't he take the pill before opening the door, and exposing himself? That dude was definitely a former addict, his brain was fried.
Plus, his mother sitting in front, could've said something to the police. Lack of communication, and unnecessary force on a weak, spastic retard.

On the local here they show the whole body cam and the video from the school.

The dude was breaking into cars and only when he was confronted by police did say he was on medication and reach into his jacket to take his medicine.

He is a convicted felon and generally a douche canoe.

It happened in Pueblo Colorado and the footage is on KRDO in Colorado Springs
