Popping a pill in front of a cop is not illegal in any way. He has a prescription. He can take a pill whenever he wants , whether there are cops present or not. They don’t have a say. The man is under the Doctors care who prescribed the medicine and he probably advised him to take a pill if he ever finds himself in a stressful situation. You probably wanna say , “ excuse me officer, I’m taking this pill prescribed by my doctor “ but he isn’t required to explain his medical condition or symptoms. Cops escalated this and it turned an innocent guy killed real quick. They should definitely be sued.
