March 11, around 7:20, at the 17th kilometer of the R-132 "Golden Ring" highway (eastern connection to the M-7 "Volga") between the villages of Khokhlovo and Novaya Bykovka, in the Kameshkovsky district. A 41-year-old driver of a "VAZ-2114", moving towards the Lesnoy microdistrict of Vladimir from Nizhegorodskaya, drove into the oncoming lane, where he collided with a "Gazelle", driven by a 59-year-old driver.
Judging by the published footage, the car driver tried to avoid unevenness on the roadway, but lost control and had an uncontrolled skid.
After this, a "BMW-X5", driven by a 36-year-old driver, crashed into the van behind him, and then a truck hit a "Nissan Almera" parked on the side of the road, driven by a 49-year-old driver. The impact hit the left side of the blue-black "Lada", released in 2010.
The car was literally torn into two parts. The driver and his 37-year-old passenger died instantly. The men had no chance of survival. According to our information, they were natives of the city of Dushanbe (the capital of Tajikistan). Their bodies had to be extracted by rescuers.
The driver of the "Gazelle" was hospitalized by the ambulance team. The driver of the "BMW" also received injuries and was assisted on the spot.
