If I had to choose between watching Gladiator or Gladiator II, i'd be obliged to rewatch Gladiator again.
It is the lesser of two weevils.
No im not, the best thing about les miserable was watching him fall off a bridge.
The singing.. it was unbearable. Jesus. No im not, the best thing about les miserable was watching him fall off a bridge.
I'm kind of picky when it comes to movies. Don't get me wrong, I like schlocky shit cinema often, but I can't deal with overhyped overproduced obscenely budgeted Hollywood nonsense. Instead, give me a small film with heart any day. For example, I saw this small film recently and thought it was brilliant: Breathe In (2013) ⭐ 6.3 | Drama, Romance . It stars Guy Pearce, another actor who I really like, and who starred with Crowe in L.A. Confidential; as well as the always gorgeous and excellent Felicity Jones. Plus, the music was beautiful (truly). Highly recommend.
I have a difficult time watching musicals as well. I had a girlfriend who loved them, so I sat through a lot of them, but the only two I have ever liked are: Phantom of the Paradise (1974) ⭐ 7.3 | Comedy, Drama, Fantasy and Hedwig and the Angry Inch (2001) ⭐ 7.7 | Comedy, Drama, MusicThe singing.. it was unbearable. Jesus.
Yeah.... and throw in the executives/juice who promote that garbage.......Id rather see Hollywood elites enslaved and forced to fight for their lives in the arena...
Thing is I do love a good musical, this was not one of those. The singing.. it was unbearable. Jesus.
Well, you better watch this one, the arrogant fucker died in the first one.Never saw the 1st one, I can't stand Russel Crowe.
Miserable cunt. Trump supporters should be flayed alive and fed to the fucking maggots. Now that'd be entertaining....Id rather see Hollywood elites enslaved and forced to fight for their lives in the arena...
The fuck you bringing politics into this when the dude never mentioned Trump? You're truly an insufferable, miserable, retarded piece of shit.Miserable cunt. Trump supporters should be flayed alive and fed to the fucking maggots. Now that'd be entertaining.
I’ve just come to some deep realization that I was missing out so much on great musical films. I’ve added those in my list to watch. Thanks Bruno! Why I couldn’t fathom though, why make shitty films and overhype it. I guess to each their own, eh?I'm kind of picky when it comes to movies. Aww. I remember watching Hairspray with mum. I’ve heard about Phantom of the Opera too.Thing is I do love a good musical, this was not one of those.
I was forced to go by an ex but she forced me into things I unexpectedly enjoyed too like going to see Hairspray and phantom of the opera.... Twice.
No, don't watch "Phantom of the Opera"! - it'll rot your brain! "Phantom of the Paradise" is the one to watch. (Phew! That was close. I didn't want to be responsible for your lobotomy-by-musical. I don't even want to think of what happened to Jessica's brain for having watched that 😢).I’ve just come to some deep realization that I was missing out so much on great musical films.
