Actually I saw a photo of the bird going down it looks like the whole transmission came off... Strange

I'm looking at all the videos I can find about the crash.
Currently, my money is on a tail boom failure secondary to a snapped tail rotor drive shaft. The drive shaft whipped around and tore everything apart.
Most are saying mast bumping ( where the rotor cuts into the tail boom ) but I'm not so sure that it's the primary failure mode.
Just my $0.02!!!
