I always noticed hitmen almost never shoot anyone other than the intended target.

There is a reason for that. For one there is no extra payment for collateral damage in this type of field. Multiple homicides get more attention that the job didn't cover. Family hits where the clients don't want other love ones hurt.

This is why you ask for more money during the agreement stage, added fees included for the cleaners expense.
