I want to see the rest of the news, that part behind the letters and the talking heads. Plus that I am TOTALLY fed up with the "Graphic content, viewer discretion advised and blah blah" , after I had ALREADY ticked the I am "above 18" box. I don't need the government to protect my mental health. End of story.

Apart from that: I have always been able to watch any kind of gore without flinching, there was never a need for extra "practice".
Yet I am not "desensitized".

I know. I’ve been looking at this stuff since like 2010. But at this point it’s purely a boredom induced doom scroll activity for me. Wondering what keeps people around here. I mean, I can’t even be bothered to watch someone get run over, or torn apart by animals, or even just shot. I need new extremes to even perk my interest and I’ve taken long periods of time away from gore just out of utter disinterest with the banality of it. Then a new vid comes around and I come back with it (CJNG is fun haha)

Same people I talk with here are on discord and telegram too, if anything they're better options for communication than this. Point is a lot of people are actually friendly to each other, know each other by name and have known each other a very very long time. It's an old community at the centre of a venn diagram. That's the backbone of this website and why it's still alive. You could delete all the gore videos here and still have people posting in FLH because shitposting will always be timeless.

For me, its a little bit of everything. This site is the on of the few of its kind that are still left. I love the jolt I get out of coming here as the war stuff is interesting. The community is the cherry on top. No fucks are given, you can just be you and if someone gets offended, well that's their problem.

I don't get bored. I've literally been watching paint dry for almost 30 years. I'm fascinated by most things that this site has to offer. I don't watch all of the videos. It's definitely my favourite site to watch stuff that's happening or happened in the world...
