I live in a small town in B.C. and the homeless shit wherever they want, including downtown. I wish someone would round them up and send them to Siberia.

I think authorities don't bother giving out shit tickets because they know they don't show up to court but the courts don't want them in their buildings anyway.
Raw sewage in streets are a public health concern and it's a good thing BC doesn't flood.
