As a result of an accident on the R-217 'Kavkaz' highway in the Karabudakhkent district of the Republic of Dagestan, four people died and 10 were injured. This was reported by the press service of the Ministry of Internal Affairs for the region.

The accident happened at about 10:00 on Thursday, September 29, on the 819th km of the R-217 "Kavkaz" road. According to preliminary information, the driver of the KAMAZ truck lost control of the vehicle due to brake failure and collided with a Gazelle passenger minibus, after which he collided with Lada Niva and VAZ-2109 vehicles.

Adding seat belts adds 8k-15k USD per bus and reduces amount of butts that can be seated at any given time so, we don't put them in buses but, probably there should be seatbelts for every passenger. 🤷‍♀️
