Warning: Children man kicks a 6-year old girl in the chest and runs off

Warning
Palermo, 11.13.25 - A man assaulted a 6-year-old girl who was walking on a sidewalk in Palermo, a few feet away from her mother. After the attack, the assailant left as if nothing had happened. A police officer who witnessed the scene detained him, but released him minutes later after confirming that he had a disability. The victim's mother reacted immediately. She approached to comfort the girl, who was frightened and crying. The incident occurred on Thursday at 7:30 p.m. on Güemes Street, near Plaza Italia.

It happened when the girl was returning from a swimming lesson. She asked her mother for permission to go ahead to the door of the building where she lives, on the same block where the attack took place. On the way, she crossed paths with the attacker who, without saying a word, kicked her in the chest and ran away. Everything was filmed by a security camera on the block. The images clearly show the entire sequence. The mother, who was pushing a stroller with a baby, tried to intercept the attacker, but the man dodged her.

A police officer who was on the block detained the attacker, a 22-year-old Venezuelan man, and verified that he was wearing a disability card around his neck. The attacker's mother arrived at the scene minutes later and said that her son is not aggressive and has a developmental delay.

Hes got a disability? I'd give him a disability to remember!

I think I will try and get one of these disability Cards. I will make some shit up.
I have a long list of names who not only need a good kicking but also a good fucking. They will soon introduce 'Kick & Fuck' Day for Global Retards. Hospitals will be overstretched that day.

Well, I am guilty of kicking the shit out of my brother when we were younger but I think in this case the dude needs to get laid more often to suppress these negative/hilarious thoughts.

Not aggressive my ass. There is no excuse for that if your disabled son can't act proper in public then he shouldn't be running free on the streets. Take ya little prince back to his cage he wants to act like an animal. Teach ya damn son some manners.

"not aggressive and has a developmental delay" ... draws the autistic card so this specrumaloid gets off scot free. Cut his fucking balls off.
Relax Rambo, put your knife away

No autism isnt a "developmental delay" no autistic kid or adult i work with for years has assaulted a kid randomly

This guy probably has a serious developmental disorder from birth essentially making him very unpredictable like the video shows
