For those guessing about the grenade and the damage.

Grenades all have various levels of lethality and how they kill or wound people. Technically the two guys standing at the bar should be dead.

All grenades produce fragmentation as the outer shell is meant to fragment, others by concussive force.

I do not have a clear picture of the grenade to tell exactly what is is but here is a infogram.
