Man shoots three bystanders including an 8-year-old girl in the head after getting hit by a car while riding a scooter

Philadelphia police are searching for the scooter rider who shot three people after a crash.

“The operator of that scooter gets up, produces a handgun and starts firing indiscriminately”

The 8-year-old girl was shot in the head while in a car with her father. She will have to have surgery.

A 45-year-old male was shot in the leg, and a 47-year-old Middle School teacher inside another vehicle was shot twice in the face.

All three victims are reported to be in stable condition.

Because of a flat tire while on 95. I had to drive off the interstate, and just went into Fishtown.

The second time, actually twice, I had to make deliveries right into there. Whether my BOLs were correct or lies, I couldnt tell ya. My reefer unit was sealed and I was never allowed to break the seals to look inside myself.

I generally start bearing south at Breezewood and totally avoid that shit hole when at all possible but I gotta couple mills in that region I have to visit 4 times a year, one on the Schuylkill and the other on the Fisher Channel, North side. Lemme tell yinz, Maz ar Sharrif in 03 was a safer job for me. Hands down. The Union has to hire us out a brinks van for us and our equipment and we get 2 armed teamster drivers and some kind of security concierge dude. It's a fucking trip.
