Latest stats show Queensland, Western Australia, South Australia and Tasmania are all voting no.

The two territories, Northern Territory and Australian Capital Territory, do not count in the majority of 4 out of six states required to get it across the line and only count in the majority of population in favour.

To win at a referendum you need a majority of the population plus 4 out of 6 states to vote yes.

Wait for it to fail and then see the BLM style marches and burnings in the streets.
