What a dummy, of course eastern negros can't follow instructions. Since most of you have never used a hydrolic lift all you need to know is after raising the vehicle you then need to lower the vehicle on the mechanical locks so you can safely walk under the vehicle, this may have happened because of 2 reasons, 1 he may have not positioned the arms correctly but it looks good to Me since the arms are spread far apart, 2 This is rare but does happen where "technician" bums will get under cars to fix them without the vehicle put on the safety locks since hydrolic failure is rare they get into a habit of doing this and then they literally get their wigs split, paralyzed, or crushed to death. Remember safety first.
