Does screaming while running really make you run faster?

I remember watching a show years ago that studied the science of fight training. One of the things they covered was yelling and grunting while fighting and training. It was determined that it did contribute a slight boost to performance with an extra bit of adrenaline from the yelling or grunting.

Based on that, I don't see why it wouldn't help with running for short bursts. At the least, it should help clear people out of your way.
