Most Goreish Thing You've Seen in The Real World (with your own eyes)

As a kid me and my friends found a dying sheep still alive while on the floor with millions of maggots eating it all over while falling out of its wounds and asshole.
Sounds like flystrike, I regulary sheer badly infected sheep with maggots over them, It's most common in Merino sheep breed because of their skin folds. Some make it with proper care, it helps when you are early for treatment. We normally shear the effected area then spary wound dressing like Extinosad.

Driver crashed into a tree with a work van in the snow and hot killed. As the tow operator the police asked if I was willing to winch the van off the tree so they could retrieve the body. It was brutal

Thanks for that info. I've always wondered why it happened. I chalked it down to a fox attack but then I thought a sheep would be too large for a fox especially considering there were plenty of chickens and ducks in the area. It must have been advanced because they were everywhere. Poor fucking thing, nature is equal parts beautiful and terrifying.

I seen a wreck and the guy (about 16 or 17) flew through the windshield and as he laid on the ground he was gurgling blood. I can still see the scared look on his face, I was like 21 at the time.
Then there's a time when I was a CO and these guys flattened and sharpened a battery and cut a guy's face up nearly blinding him.

Autobahn near Bamberg, Germany 2012. I was a medic at the time in the Army. We were in a training convoy headed to Grafenwoehr and a semi-truck struck the rear humvee. The Soldier in the driver’s side passenger seat ended up wrapped around the side of the humvee, the wheel came off of the axle and crushed his head underneath. Brains were blown out all over the ground/humvee. Was obviously dead by the time I got out of my field ambulance and ran back there. He died instantly. Another Soldier in the same humvee had the lower half of his left or right leg (can’t remember which) severed (placed tourniquet) and his pelvis fractured (placed pelvic binder). The guy who died is underneath the brown blanket in the picture above. His wife and him had a baby 2 weeks prior to the incident. It sucked.

So, there is a lot of gore and the like on here...and we have all seen a lot, for whatever reason we are here. But what is the most goreish thing you have actually seen through your own two mince pies? I shall start you off with mine...in Civvy Street, I was walking home, from a night out in Manchester, through Moss Side/Hulme and saw a flash of light, a loud bang and a hooded figure run off...I continued on my way and there was this young black dude on the grass verge with half his head missing and brains splattered on the grass. As is customary, I crossed the road and continued on my way, absolutely nothing to do with me...I ain't getting involved (I was only 17 at the time too). His death didn't even make it into the Manchester Evening News....what a pointless existence. And the most goreish thing I've seen on tour is hard to say because you do become immune to things, you just deal with situations. I've seen young children shot to fuck, a severely retarded man in Iraq being harrassed by locals before finally being beaten black and blue, then lynched him and cut off his cock. It was a "local dispute" and we weren't allowed to get involved in them, so we had to stand at a distance and watch (well, we didn't HAVE to watch...but we watched. There is video footage somewhere or other of it. I wasn't the one filming it by the way) He was accused of raping a baby and impregnating her with foreign spirits....he hadn't obviously, he was just from a different village, where his parents had died and he wandered aimlessly (the guy could barely walk, talk or do anything for himself). Now these are sad and hard to see, but you get over them. Thankfully I never saw another member of my troop injured or killed....as that would have been the worst. And so, the prize of the worst thing I have seen (and had to do) is........It was for me to enter a building that had been bombed to fuck and collect any human remains I could, so they could try and identify if the right fuckers had been killed or not. There were a couple of fairly intact bodies (ones that were identifiable as having once been human, at least) that the other guys attended to...and then there was the one in the kitchen. It was a fucking mess...pretty much all that was left was an eye and a load of brain matter...there was other goo with it. We had body bags for the other two, but nothing for this. On the floor in the kitchen was a warped and slightly melted plastic measuring jug, so I just scooped up this person. It smelt so bad I had to keep swallowing to stop myself from retching. So this person ended their life in a measuring jug just up to the 250ml mark...with just a bloody eye bobbing on top of the gooey liquid. I then had to hold the fucking thing in my lap, all the way back to base, as no other fucker would take responsibility for it. It was from that I got the nickname "Eye-eye". Although, now I look back, it WAS very goreish but also quite comical.

So there you go....come on, who has seen what?
I worked a New Years event a long time ago at the Crypto Arena in Los Angeles. A guy selling bunk drugs sold something to what we thought was Asian mafia. They had masks on and

A long time ago I set up sound for a New Years rave in L.A I think it was Crypto arena and a guy sold bunk drugs to some Asian mafia guys. They grabbed him on each side stabbing him with ice pics and dropped him in a bathroom. He came running out slipping on his own blood. One of the girls working had blood squirted across her face crying that I had talked to earlier that day. When we were leaving I skate boarded through the ground level vip area where there's private bar for teams or whoever to the hallway and bathroom and couldn't believe how much blood there was a good 60ft everywhere. Took a piss where they left him. No police no crime scene. Freaking crazy. Good ol Los Angeles

Saw a guy got hit in the head with a brick during a riot. Blood everywhere. Saw a couple of guys getting epileptic fits.

Most blood I've ever seen was when a whacker plate fell on top of my nose while loading it into the back of a trailer. Nose broken and blood everywhere. I was in a hurry to get to my friends wedding and didn't lock the handle properly. BANG.
Still made it to the wedding but luckily the black eyes didn't form until the following day lol

Old woman with a complete uterine prolapse. And she waited for two weeks to go to the hospital. I think it was the worst because of it's smell.
But, all in all, the usual hospital stuff.
