Exactly…I was a PT and worked with many residents with Alzheimer’s and senile dementia…their brains are slowly dying, they can’t see, can barely hear, not eating…if they get combative, you just have to give it a rest and try again later on. What that horrid bitch did to that old woman was over the fucking top…Nigger bitchFrom what I have heard (from people who do like their job in this field) it’s mostly about careful restraint + doing it with multiple people. And sometimes a patient just isn’t in the mood and will be left alone for a bit and then try again.

Old people are like birds in birdcages: you just cover them with a towel and they fall right asleep. Then you can get to work on their physical hygiene. Now, how does perineal care work with a combative patient? If you are trying to clean them up and they are biting, scratching and kicking, what do you do? I'm sure this isn't the answer but ive often wondered this regarding some of the horrors caregivers have to manage...
I'd love 30 seconds in a 4 ft wide closet with a hunting knife with this nigger hippo
