The guy to blame was the one hogging the outside lane like a retard instead of moving back across, forcing the guy in the center lane to undertake. Without that scumbag, even though the racers are still breaking the law they wouldn't have hit anybody.
Fuck cab drivers. Like bicyclists, I hate ‘em all. Except for the old Taxi TV show. Those guys were cool.
