That didn't look like a suicide, it looked more like she was trying to get away from him and lost her footing

I DON'T believe that was suicide. I belive she was TRYING to get away from him and lost balance after he went back and distracted her.

After a person says they want to die people tend to just say fuck it then. Maybe he was at that point hence going and coming back. When she went over the ledge the urge to die had passed. He couldn't pull her up and she got her wish.
