what part of "and those that harbor them" are you having trouble understanding? Human shields have never worked in the history of war and never will. Doesn't matter if its 1 or 100. They were the ones that set the rules of there will be no difference in military targets or civilian targets, remember? Don't fucking do shit like store weapons in hospitals and no hospitals will be hit.Its actually becomes pretty hard to manage to be somewhere a bomb hits if they would understand that simple concept of logic.

..whatever you want to call people with the idea of surrounding themselves around a target will prevent it from being hit is fine with me, but oppression? Things these fighters are doing is over ideology and nothing more. The men in this video or the ISIS videos being slaughtered isn't Americans that's been oppressing them. They are Arabic men that have nothing to do with America or oppressing them. I'm not giving you a opinion as if it can debate it. People turn to war (or terrorism) to defend their land, religious beliefs and financial stability. The reality of things is you can't kill an ideology with bullets. If governments would change their tactics and spend the money they do in war machinery on changing the financial stability of their people and the education of their youth, there would be far less chances to convince a father to strap himself with a bomb or a child to pick up a weapon and fight to his/her certain death. Like it or not the West has been the aggressor here, trying to force their way into territories they don't belong to with the false pretense of spreading freedom and democracy. We talk about "terrorist" but that is exactly what we are doing by invading and bombing countries and people we don't have any business doing to begin with. Russia has done its part as well and sooner than later they will find themselves in as much trouble as everyone else.

Your comment sounds good and makes very good sense and has very good reasoning, but it doesnt translating to the things these guys are doing as fighters or terrorists. The west being a target and hit by these guys happins very rarely. As easy as it would be to set off a car bomb or suicide vest in the U.S. we don't see them bothering with making a effort to do. What we do see is that Its pretty obvious that the people they want to kill and maim with a suicide bombs is their own people in their own country. That's not revenge on the west.
You got to understand the conditions in which these people live. They are in the middle of the freaking desert shitting in outhouses with nothing other than what they have on and a few sheep at best. They have a rough life, man. They are in constant fear and it doesn't take much to completely disrupt their existence. Now imagine being in that situation... Do you see most people turning to God when they are in a life or death situation? Well imagine then they having to find support in these radical Islamist groups. Imagine finding help from them in a desperate situation. Imagine your house or your family members being blown apart by Allied raids and bombs. How easy would be for you to turn into their doctrine and sacrifice your body for the sake of the only thing keeping you going, which is faith? What would you have to lose? You already live a miserable life and every day is a fucking struggle. Have you looked at it that way? Do you think if these people had something to look forward to every day and could do something towards the better being of their family or their country would choose instead to blow themselves to tiny pieces? Do you think they would be so easy to manipulate if their were educated to figure out the bomb vest will blow you to pieces instead of believing it would only hurt your enemies? Just give it a little thought and you will probably understand why they go the way they do.

These people could be living in a manson and shitting in a gold toilet and they would still be fighting and killing each other because one side has the ideology to wipe with the left hand and the other sides ideology is to wipe with the right hand. This is their nature,its their culture, its what they build their way of life in a way to be able to do. Their isn't any example or reason or plan or what if queston that is ever going to change them from doing that very thing. Everyone on earth could disappear besides muslims and these areas would be the in the exact same condition they are now. That's just reality
Radical religion will forever exist but they would have a heck of a harder time brainwashing masses if their life conditions were different, but that is my opinion.

Having religion as some kind of guiding principle for any nation is nothing but a recipe for failure. That's why these middle eastern countries are a complete fucking failure. Religious infighting constantly. Without oil, they would only export fail.
