Do unto others as you would want done unto you. In turn, one day, a stranger may help you when you most need it.
If it is someone bigger, or armed with a weapon, then don't intervene obviously. It is helping too though, if you record their tag # & the evidence of them doing the crime, as long as you upload it & give it to the authorities. It's not doing absolutely nothing to record it.
What were they trying to point out? I thought maybe police or a hero of some sort but no.
