The one I was talking about is Ryan Burns. They do look alike though, guess thats what happens when your cleaning and trying to watch the case at the same time lol my mistake. Either way doesn't change the fact she went from screwing one guy one night and killing him to fooling around with another guy the next night. She shouldn't have had any reason to be mad at Travis for going on a vacation with another girl if she was romantically involved with another guy. Her meat flaps are pretty disturbing lol

That's what I think too. I think she probably shot him last to either try to kill him faster or to make sure he was dead.

For some reason the judge has been letting the jury ask questions throughout. After each witness I think. I've never heard of that either LOL

civil cases allow juror questions during trialphase in most if not all states. a couple states, arizona is one, allow written questions from the jury posed to the judge, during trial phase in criminal cases as well... i think
