where is the parent of this kid.
this seems normal there,seeing everyone who passed by the kid didnt say anything to the kid to get out of the road or dont sit in the road.
cant say he deserved it,because hes a kid and dont know any better. but i bet he wont do that again.

The kid is definitely of the age where a basic understanding of "road is dangerous" should be comprehended, but this looks like the typical shithole where common sense is severely lacking.
