movies What’s the best gore representation you’ve seen in movies?

As a fan of good horror and thriller movies, even if it delves in fantasy, I pay attention to the realism in gore/deaths that are being displayed. Most of the time, I find myself disappointed with how far some of it is from the truth, and all I get are weird looks from friends/family when I bring it up. So I thought I’d bring it up on here in hopes that some of you would be willing to share good movies when it comes to realism, thanks!

Hacksmith on YouTube has a world record for the best lightsaber. It uses a certain nozzle and gas to make a long hot tube of heat, much like a lightsaber. It wouldn't cut through arms as quickly or neatly as the real deal. It also has tubes linked to a gas canister so not as handy either. Different powders are used to make the flame\blade different colours. It was used to burn into a safe and to cut their YouTube play button in half.

Yeah, I’ve seen it, and you’re right about the cutting part. Some of his older renditions are solids bars, so a superheated blade there might do the trick?

Especially if it's sharp too. It would cut and seal the wound straight away. Like a really big version of what surgeons use. But way cooler
