When I had my beagle, we'd (me, dog, bud, beer) sometimes go on hours long walks.
No matter how tired he got, he always continued walking. When me and him got home, he'd rest for hours before he was good again. As he aged, the long walks got shorter because he was really tired. But he never let me down!
